Our Urgent Cares is staffed with experienced medical personnel trained not only to treat urgent medical conditions, but to also assist in non -urgent needs, such as minor illnesses and injuries, physical exams, adult vaccinations, x-rays and additional testing as needed.

History
When Riverside Hospital closed its doors in November 2002, Dr. Samer Nasri, a Board Certified Emergency Room Physician, recognized that the closing of the hospital was a business decision, but the residents in the Downriver area still needed Urgent Care.

In February 2003, Dr. Nasri opened The River Urgent Care and Medical Center at 3645 West Road, in Trenton MI. Several former Emergency Room nurses assisted Dr. Nasri because they too felt that the area still needed a facility that was easy to access, open seven days a week, which could meet the medical needs of the area residents.
